“Chi Omega has given much to the women in my family. My mother-in-law, my daughters and I have all benefited from the social and leadership skills we learned and lifelong friendships we made as undergraduates. As we have moved on with life and careers, we have added new Chi Omega friendships that have become as meaningful as our collegiate ones. I want my granddaughters and the women of their generation to have a chance at the same experiences that Chi Omega has given me. I feel very fortunate to have pledged Chi Omega.”
Mary will match your gifts up to $131,000 if we reach 1,310 donors during Founders’ week.

Testimonials
Wilson Young, Rho Epsilon | TCU
My chapter had the privilege of attending The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega workshop. It was a pivotal moment of intention and growth among our chapter Sisters. It created a space for us to lean into authentic conversation and ask questions about the very values we all strive to stand for. During this time, we were able to evaluate and encourage our friendships as well as set personal goals that our friends can hold us accountable for. In terms of my own growth and how I will use this experience in the future, I was able to decipher my own personal values and see which values I reflect upon others… an expression of the intention and dedication we pour into ourselves, each other, and our chapter. Overall, this cohesive workshop was such a gift.

2025 Tau Chapter President
Firesides Leadership Training was one of the most impactful experiences of my time as chapter President. I learned how to communicate with clarity, hold others accountable with grace, navigate difficult conversations, and lead with both strength and empathy. I will use these skills even after I graduate both professionally and personally.
Suzanne Campbell, Kappa | Nebraska
Personnel Advisor and Marketing Advisor for Kappa Chapter
At Convention 2024, I attended early training as a Personnel Advisor, led by the remarkable women of The Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega. The caliber of development was exceptional. I remember sitting there in awe, realizing that even as an alumna and advisor, I was being given access to something so impactful. It truly felt like an extraordinary gift.

When new officers step into their roles at the start of the year, the excitement is real - but so is the anxiety. A phrase I’m hearing more among our members is “imposter syndrome.” They are honored to have been chosen to serve, but many still don't feel fully equipped or qualified.
That’s exactly where Firesides Leadership Training comes in, at just the right moment. It strengthens their knowledge, fills in the gaps, and gives them the boost of courage they need to lead with confidence.
Your generosity makes this possible. When you give to Chi Omega, you are investing in the confidence, growth, and success of the young women who carry our Sisterhood forward.
Lizzy Prather, Psi | Arkansas
2025 Psi Chapter President
I truly don’t think I could have led my chapter of nearly 600 women without the resources Chi Omega provided. Chi Omega has shaped the way I lead by giving me confidence, preparation, and a strong support system. I could not be prouder to be part of an organization that is so intentional about developing its members.

The online mental health and wellness resource Sisterhood Starts Here was perfectly crafted for each year of college and helped me reflect. These videos made me feel safer and confident, illustrating my Sisters and Chi Omega would support me for a lifetime.
