A new and exciting resource for our collegiate and alumnae members is ChiO&Co, a platform designed to COnnect Sisters by shared interests and celebrate the achievements of our accomplished alumnae.

Through ChiO&Co, members can participate in The Pearl Program, a mentorship initiative that pairs COllegians and young alumnae seeking professional growth with experienced alumnae in similar fields.

ChiO&Co also features a growing hub of career opportunities, through which many of our Sisters have found meaningful employment.
