Law
I’m a first-generation college and law student. At my college graduation, I became the first Black woman in the school’s 125-year history to serve as student commencement speaker and volunteered with Teen Court to mentor youth in the justice system. I attend law school on a full scholarship, serve as a Research Assistant, and have worked with NASDAQ’s General Counsel team. I’ve contributed to research on civil rights and AI, served as a student attorney in the Bankruptcy Clinic, and was named a Legal Diversity Scholar. After graduation, I will join Clifford Chance, a prestigious Magic Circle firm, as a Technology Transactions Associate.

"I don’t owe comfort to the systems I disrupt."

Rooted, Resilient, Intentional
What advice would you give to someone entering your field?
Don’t shrink to fit the space—reshape it. This profession wasn’t built with everyone in mind, but that doesn’t mean you don’t belong. Lead with your values. Ask bold questions. Protect your peace. And don’t ever let anyone make you feel like ambition is something you have to apologize for. You’re not here by accident. You’re the blueprint for what’s next.
