Emily Yehezkel
Experiential Education Director
After earning my Master’s in Jewish and Israel Experiential Education in 2021, I started working as the Experiential Education Director at Creating Connected Communities. Outside of work, I am a board member of Am Yisrael Chai, a committee member on the Young Leadership Division Committee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and Team Lead of the Chi Omega Alumnae Engagement Team’s Connect and Reconnect initiative. I also volunteer with the Jewish Family and Career Services' PAL Program. This April, I was honored to be selected to represent Georgia on behalf of the American Lung Association in DC to advocate for lifesaving research. I have been a longtime advocate and volunteer with the ALA and have fundraised over $40,000 in honor and memory of my mom. Lastly, I share my grandfather’s Holocaust story to inspire others to use their voice and I am leading the creation of 3GATL, a community connecting grandchildren of survivors and empowering them to share their family histories.
