During my time with the Oklahoma City Thunder, I have had the privilege of representing our organization with the Greater Oklahoma City (OKC) YMCA and OKC Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Within the YMCA, I have been a Council Member for two years, and within the Hispanic Chamber, I was selected to be part of their Latino Leadership Program in Class XI for the 2024 calendar year, and this year (2025) I have embarked on being an Ambassador for the Chamber. Within the organization, I have been selected as a Click Chip Committee Champion for two seasons, promoting outstanding customer service within our game day staff and their interactions with fans and clients. Outside of work, I am a University of Kansas (KU) Alumni Mentor for the Sport Management program's current students and often a guest speaker for one of the introductory classes and connect with students via Zoom calls to help with school projects and essays. I was chosen to be a mentor by KU, as I earned a 4.0 in the first cohort of their online Sports Management Master's Program.

Being open-minded is the best way to enter the Sports Industry. Always know your "why" and continuously to set short term and long term goals.
