Chi Omega’s Giving Societies

The 1895 Society
Alumnae and friends giving $1,000 or more (or $500 for young alumnae initiated in the last 15 years) within a calendar year qualify for membership into The 1895 Society.

Cardinal Gift Express Society – Recurring Gift/Automatic Withdrawal
Save time and stamps while helping Chi Omega plan for the future. Sign up for The Cardinal Gift Express Society by making automatic monthly payments by bank account draft or credit/debit card. You choose the amount and the duration of your giving and can start or stop donations at any time. Make a recurring gift to allow you to make a significant contribution through smaller installments. For example, donors can join our 1895 Society (our leadership giving club) for as little as $84 a month.

Chi Omega’s Collegiate Giving Society – Persephone’s Circle
Collegians who give an annual gift of $18.95 or more are granted membership into our collegiate giving society, Persephone’s Circle. Membership is based on a calendar year. Each member of Persephone’s Circle member will receive one gold charm per calendar year of membership. There are a total of four different jewelry charms to be collected over four years. Persephone’s Circle donations can be directed to a chapter’s scholarship fund. Donations will be applied to the Chi Omega Foundation’s Annual Fund if a scholarship fund does not exist. All gifts will be applied to the member’s lifetime giving record.

The Margaret Hyde Heritage Society
The Margaret Hyde Heritage Society, named to honor our first Chi Omega Foundation president, commemorates donors making bequests or planned gifts to the Chi Omega Foundation. Those who make such pledges automatically become lifetime members of the Margaret Hyde Heritage Society and are recognized in National Fraternity and Foundation publications, regardless of age. Margaret Hyde Heritage Society Members help ensure the work of the Chi Omega Foundation will endure for future generations.

Lifetime Giving Societies
Membership in the Lifetime Giving Society is exclusive to those who have demonstrated a lifetime of generosity to Chi Omega as measured by cumulative giving, including pledge payments. Thank you to our generous and loyal donors.
