Chi Omega continues to work diligently to provide support and guidance to our members devastated by storms and other natural disasters.
One example of this support is the Chi Omega Foundation's Sisterhood Fund Disaster Relief Program. This program exists to allow Sisters to help other sisters, both alumnae and collegians, who have found themselves suddenly and unexpectedly in financial need due to Presidentially declared disasters.
If you or another Chi Omega you know is need of financial assistance due to the recent devastation as a result of Hurricane Sandy, please reference either the Collegiate Short Form Application or the Alumnae Short Form Application for Financial Assistance through the Sisterhood Fund Disaster Relief Program.
Grants from this program are restricted in their use to the payment of basic necessities arising directly out of a Presidentially declared major disaster or emergency, and relief funds must be dispersed within six months of the disaster.
For those who wish to join other donors from across the country in providing financial assistance to affected Sisters, please click here to make your donation online or mail your check, payable to Chi Omega Foundation, to The Chi Omega Foundation, 3395 Players Club Parkway, Memphis, TN 38125. Reference the "Sisterhood Fund Disaster Relief Program". Your gift will mean so much!
